Victoria Smith is an editor and writer from Cumbria. She earned her PhD at the University of Cambridge. Her book Hags: The Demonisation of Middle-Aged Women was published in 2023, while Unkind: How ‘Be Kind’ Entrenches Sexism came out in 2025.
