Elizabeth Kulze is a mother, writer, speaker, and educator. She has worked as a journalist and taught in both higher and secondary education, and her reporting and short fiction have appeared in numerous publications. She lectures at the Sophia Institute and runs the Substack mom•osophy, where she writes about embodiment, maternity, and the female experience.
